Public Meeting:

The Maungaraki Community Association is arranging this meeting so that residents who wish to express a view about the possible disposal of council land can meet with others and share ideas about preparing submissions to the council review process.

Remember submissions must be received by council before 18 June 2008

 If you are considering making a submission you should check out this information.

Suggestions for your submission:

- Identify yourself and your relationship with the property

- Use the council aeriel photographs to identify particular areas of interest.

- Identify resources and features that the property may be providing at present

You are encouraged to make a personal submission rather than relying on any community group to make one on your behalf. In a situation like this there will be a wide variety of views about what should be done.
